Our ducks and chickens arrive at one day old and make the most of the heating before joining the hen coop.
The ducks are inmovable huts so each set of birds has fresh ground which grows naturally respecting the environment.
Environmental protection and animal well-being is a priority on our farm. At each production stage everything is implementated for sustainable growth.

After 4 months of total freedom, the ducks are put into common parks. They are force fed whole corn twice a day for 15 days.

Our farm has its own laboratory, conform to European Laws.
Transparecny and product quality made according to traditional methods is our family philiosphy for the past 25 years.
Each step of cutting, processing and aging are controled by us.
You will appreciate our confied duck, terrines, rillettes, dried magrets... and many other specialities to delight your tastebuds.


Geneviève and Bérengère welcome you in an old silk worm nursery of the farm.

Come and discover rearing activities and products.
You will also find produce from local colleagues. (honey, apples etc. ….).


We propose a list of varied products:

  • foies gras : whole semi-cooked in a cloth, whole semi-cooked, whole conserved
  • terrines and rillettes : duck terrines, duck rillettes
  • magrets : dried or fresh
  • confits and fritons : fried bits of duckconfied duck
  • ducks to roast
  • farm chickens

  • Products sold at farm shop from 9am to 7pm
  • Products sold at Farm Shop "Au gré des Saisons" in Ganges
  • Market sales (consult dates on our website) : discover our product range and preparation advice
  • elaboration of prepared dishes made with our farm products for organising receptions or an event.
